Everyday, we brush our teeth, comb our hair, wash our faces in order to feel fresh, to rid ourselves of the dirt and grime that accumulates, clogs and dulls our physical selves.

As we are required to cleanse and nourish our bodies, the same holds true for our Spirit.

Our Spirit also needs attention, cleansing, and nourishing on a regular basis in order to thrive. In order for us to stay clear, balanced and connected.

And this is where a Healing Phone Session can deepen your self-care practice.

The Healing Phone Sessions are great for:

*Those who are ready to make changes in their lives and need assistance releasing old mindsets and patterns of behaviour yet are not able to attend the Creative Art of Being Workshops in Person.

* Those who are dedicated to Improving their lives and would like to follow-up the Work they have accomplished at the The Creative Art of Being Workshop.

* All you have to do is pick up the phone to begin.

* Are you ready to “Wash your Spirit Clean” and Live a Life you Love?

Transformational Healing Phone Sesssion Instructions


1. A 25% deposit is required to guarantee your appointment time which can be made through Althea’s Paypal account.

2. 24 hours is required to cancel an appointment. This ensures that others may have the opportunity to take advantage of the space created by your cancellation. Your deposit is used towards administrative costs if less than 24 hours notice is provided.

3. Please deposit the remainder of the payment into Althea’s PAYPAL Account before your session begins.

4. Avoid alcohol and or recreational drugs the day before the session.

5. Please call Althea at the designated time on SKYPE. Her SKYPE name is “msalthea”. This is your time so please take full advantage of the time allotted to you. Late phone calls will reduce your Healing time.

6. Please ensure you are in a private room with a working camera so that Althea is able to see as the Work begins.

7. This is an Energetic Process not a Mental Process. There is no need to do anything other than be present and honest about what is happening within you.

8. Please abstain from alcohol or recreational drugs for a couple of days after the session.

9. Drink lots of water.

10. Thank-you for opening to the Energy.
